I'm Zahraa, a Leicester and virtual-based doula supporting families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My practice as a doula is grounded in Islamic values and principles. I want to help you feel empowered, educated and strong in your birth knowledge so you can make the best, most informed decisions when it comes to giving birth — however that may look.
As a Muslim doula, I combine evidence-based birth education with genuine cultural and religious understanding — from modesty in the birth room, to postnatal care rooted in family tradition — it's about making sure you feel safe and cared for.

Maternity care in the UK doesn't treat every family the same. My work exists to close that gap — practically, spiritually, and structurally.
